Step one was understanding how markets work, to build a framework, and, in the process, learning to accept the bounds of probabilities. Then we set out to bring to life an objective, algorithmic system that is based on that framework, and that self-adapts to the ever-changing market conditions. We wanted to have two versions of it too: one for Bloodhound, and one direct-deployed on Ninja. There you have it: the story of the past ten years in one paragraph.
