Here's what you can try if our sample Blackbird file does not open on your machine. The simple reason is, most probably, that your blk or bht file is named differently in your BloodHound folder than it was on ours when we saved the file, so BlackBird cannot find the file. Just load your own bht or blk file into Blackbird to get going. See below.
